With an analytical mind and a knack for improving everything she touches, Oreale takes pride in leaving every room—whether physical or virtual—better than she found it.

Before bringing her talents to the Waybetter team, Oreale earned her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Towson University, with a concentration in business. This makes her the ultimate go-to for anything both technical and non-technical. After graduation, she worked with the State of Maryland, fine-tuning databases, diving into front-end web development, and building stronger connections through enhanced stakeholder communication.

Outside of her professional life, she’s always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. When she’s not in the office, you can find her at the gym lifting weights or exploring the DMV’s hidden gems.
