MICHAELA brings a unique blend of right and left-brained thinking to her role at Waybetter. She leverages her strong analytical foundation, honed through her M.S. in Marketing Analytics, to drive impactful data-driven marketing campaigns.

Her creative side is fueled by the development of her own photography business where she shoots weddings, engagements, and product photography for businesses. She’s continually expanding her boundaries and learning new styles. Her experience as a student-athlete on the track and field teams at both Bucknell University (where she earned a bachelors in Chemistry) and the University of Maryland has instilled in her strong time management and leadership skills, further refined through her role as a team captain.

Michaela loves to bake and be creative through various art forms in her free time. She recently married, and enjoys spending time with her husband exploring and hiking near their home!
