LINDSAY breathes new life into the old cliché been there done that. She’s spent her career at data-driven marketing agencies—working in various managerial roles across 3 separate agencies prior to Waybetter.
Most recently, Lindsay enjoyed a long tenure at Fishbowl Marketing (Personica), where she oversaw a large team of digital strategists and managed a portfolio of over 150 national restaurant brands.
Each of the agencies on Lindsay’s resume had a distinct focus—hospitality, retail, and restaurant—and she brings the strategies and wisdom from those outside industries to the higher ed world in pursuit of our clients’ bottom-line enrollment goals.
Lindsay also brings a strong CRM and marketing automation acumen—with 2 of her 3 past agencies providing proprietary CRM and marketing automation solutions to their clients. Her depth of knowledge and creativity in this space continues to show up in our client outcomes.
Today, Lindsay oversees our full suite of marketing services and day-to-day operations. She is responsible for ensuring that Waybetter delivers results. Outside the office, she and her husband, Kurt, stay busy enjoying life with their three young sons.
