JOSHITHA makes data dance. With a background in Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing, she builds the pipelines that keep our reporting sharp and our strategies informed.

She started her tech journey as a Software Engineer but quickly discovered her true calling in data. That curiosity led her to earn a Master’s in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Science from Towson University. Before joining Waybetter, Joshitha honed her skills at NCR Corporation and WeatherBug, where she built data pipelines, managed large-scale datasets, and transformed raw information into actionable insights.

At Waybetter, Joshitha’s expertise helps bring clarity to campaign performance and student behavior, enabling our team—and our partners—to make smarter, faster decisions grounded in data. When she’s not wrangling data, Joshitha’s probably dancing (her favorite stress relief), or spending time with her husband and their two high-energy young boys.
