Instinctively creative, intentionally collaborative, and insanely competitive, CAROLA has a passion for new ideas and improving processes.  And if you’re wondering how to pronounce her name, she’ll tell you it’s like a Christmas song: Carol – la.

Whether it’s increasing incoming enrollment by 10% or bringing in a record class, raising historically underrepresented student populations by double digits, or reimagining all visit experiences – Carola has been a part of and led those teams.  She has served as a VPEM for both public and private institutions and brings over 23 years of enrollment management experience.

Carola’s work has always centered around bringing humans together, and she truly loves storytelling to engage key constituents.

Carola lives in northern Minnesota with her husband Brent, daughter Ella, and two fur babies.  In the “Land of 10,000 Lakes”, she considers herself lucky to have a lake in her backyard where she enjoys kayaking, boating, fishing, and snowshoeing.
