Ann’s technical knowledge is unmatched. After graduating from Hood College with a degree in computer science, she started her tech journey by specializing in the intricacies of backend development and database management.

Throughout her career, Ann has honed her skills in critical systems, high-performance solutions, SaaS, AWS technologies, and more. Before joining Waybetter, she made significant contributions to the telecommunications industry, earning six patents and leading a team of engineers. Today, she leverages her expertise to enhance the Waybetter team’s effectiveness in serving our partners.

But Ann’s magic isn’t confined to the realm of technology. She and her husband, Tom, have three children. With their two oldest pursuing higher education, they spend their weekends cheering loudly for their youngest at his volleyball games.
